We are preparing to carry out a fairly large semi-structured telephone survey of graduates who have successfully completed the Ultraversity undergraduate degree programme which is delivered 100% online through online communities of inquiry. A personalised but not isolated study experience!

We want to better understand what the experience for these successful graduates was like and are collecting data by interviews using Skype to call their landline numbers and recording the conversations using WireTap. In trials, the conversations recorded are crystal clear giving us a named file in a folder for later transcription.
